My lights are not working Follow
If you notice that your lights are not working when they should be please try the following steps :
First things first, make sure the light logo is showing on your display after pushing the light button (Hold for 2s)
- Check connections : Our lights should be working as a pair, if a cable is disconnected, they both won't work
1 - Rear : behind the light make sure the cable are correctly plugged
2 - Front : under the light make sure the cable are correctly plugged (in most of the cases, the issue comes from here)
3 - Inside the frame, under the main battery connector (Unscrew the 2 torx screw to remove the connector) you will see both light connector, make sure they are plugged correctly.
- If you notice your headlight wire is out or not correctly plugged :
Use a little blade/flat screw diver to remove the sleeve caps connector under the light . The wire goes into the hole and then turn around 90 degrees back on the caps. clip the sleeve back in the caps connector. the cable with the stripes goes into "-", the cable with the text goes into "+"
Make sure it's tight.
Turn on your light again and it should be working!
