Local Legend Dave is back at it again with another how to video, this time he will be able to run you through how to use your bike.
Charging your battery
You are able to charge the battery by plugging your charger in on the bike or by taking the battery out and charging it externally. When the charger is not charging anything, you will see a Red and Green light. When the charger is charging the battery, you will see two Red lights. Upon finishing the charge, it will again read Red and Green.
Removing and installing the battery
When you remove your battery, you will need to move your key to the unlock position. Once unlocked, use the latch on the battery to slide the battery out of the compartment. To install your battery, ensure that your key is in the unlocked position and slide the battery into the compartment. Once it is inside, turn your key to the locked position to secure the battery.
To adjust your kickstand, press and hold the red adjustment button on your kickstand. Adjust it to stand dependent on the terrain you are on.
On the left hand side of your cockpit, you will see a control pad which will allow you to adjust settings for your bike.
To turn the bike on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
To adjust the level of pedal assist, press the + / - buttons. Level 1 provides the minimum level of pedal assist while level 5 is the highest. Level 0 turns the pedal assist off so you are able to pedal without any electronic assist.
To turn the lights on, press and hold the light button for 3 seconds.
To access the various information panels, press the i button to scroll through the information fields provided on the display.
The throttle on the left hand side can be utilized to engage the motor without needing to pedal.
