We have sold and shipped literally thousands of eBikes over the years and have developed an efficient system to deal with any technical issue you may encounter with your eBike:
- Report the issue to DŌST Bikes. Our dedicated service team is available by phone or email 7 days a week. We will guide you through the process and guarantee a 24-hour response so you are not without your eBike for a length of time. If the issue is basic, you can refer to our troubleshooting guide on our website.
- Troubleshoot the issue. Our team will help you to troubleshoot the issue to see if there is an easy-fix solution. If parts are needed we will ship them to you at no cost. For a more serious issue, we will locate a professional service bike shop close to your home and make the arrangements for the repair. You just need to drop off the bike and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Repair at a Local Bike Shop. Our service team will communicate directly with the mechanics to analyze the issue and find a solution. We will ship needed parts directly to the Local Bike Shop at no cost to you. Once the issue is resolved we will notify you that your eBike is ready to be picked up at your convenience. It’s our hassle-free service policy you can depend on.
